Pros

- Exceptional Learning and Growth Opportunities: You’ll never get bored unless you actively avoid new challenges. - Promising Career Path: The company is rapidly expanding and needs more people to step into management roles. - Engaging Work: Ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving. - Exposure to Large Public Companies: Gain valuable experience working with accounting/finance professionals in elite companies. - Collaborative Environment: Work alongside highly intelligent colleagues.

Cons

- This role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful if you’re seeking an easy job. - Quarter-end periods can be particularly busy for about two weeks.

Pros

1. Brand strength stands for excellence, quality, thoughtfulness, and client delight. I am proud to support such a meaningful brand. 2. Outstanding colleagues. I get to work with some of the most talented people I have ever met in my life. I learn from them every day. 3. Career growth. The firm is growing so fast and so hungry for talent. There has never been anything holding me back. I'm constantly challenged. 4. In office. I personally love being in an office with my coworkers. We learn from each other, we laugh, and we have a good time!

Cons

1. Managing stress. The firm is engaged by the world's top companies and is engaged to solve complicated problems they face. So of course the work is demanding. I've had to work hard to build resilience and manage stress, but as a result, I have grown a lot. 2. Because the firm is growing quickly, some low-performers have been hired. The firm tries to give feedback and, if they are still unable to perform, then eventually they go. But it can be hard to be on projects with low-performers where I end up needing to pull their weight. ** I've seen some negative posts on this platform and my suspicion is these posts are from people who thought this was an easy job where they can coast. This is where ambitious people should work who have extremely high goals for their own growth and performance.

Pros

Only one pro They sponsor international students apart from that no pros

Cons

1) They will hire you to work on programming meanwhile they will not teach you programming they will give you work and tell you to figure out on your own 2) Manager made me feel bad for asking questions and did not even answer my questions. He setup a meeting with me and demoralized me and told me to quit 3) they fire people anytime they feel like it. You can walk into office only to know 15 minutes later you are fired. Happened to a friend of mine 4) Lack of professionalism, people walk into the office with shorts which just looks shabby 5) Management is arrogant, rude and inconsiderate I request anyone planning to join this firm not to do so it is a waste of your crucial time 6) the work is definetly not that great if you plan on doing something in finance this is not the place because you will not be able to move on to a better role 7) I had a manager who was quote unquote " the most arrogant guy I have ever met, he held ill will and malice. He said some pretty harshful words and when I wanted to discuss further on that feedback he never even took out the time to talk on it"
