Pros

As someone who has been with the EM family for over seven years and had the privilege of working with most of the people in the firm, I can confidently say that EM is an excellent place to start and build your professional career. They hire many fresh graduates and invest a lot of time in training and providing early career exposure to projects with large corporations. Equity Methods understands that developing people and providing opportunities are crucial for maintaining its leadership. The culture is family-oriented and actively fosters camaraderie among the team. In terms of business, Equity Methods is a top advisory firm in the equity compensation space, boasting clients across various industries, many of which are in the Fortune 100 list. In summary, Equity Methods is a great institution for those who want to learn and grow within a supportive culture and diverse opportunities.

Cons

Working in a culture that emphasizes continuous learning and growth can push people out of their comfort zones, which isn't everyone's preference. Also, no work-from-home option. There are exceptions but very few

Pros

Smart and friendly people, with great training and activities to meet the team. Stable, growing business with plenty of opportunites for learning and advancement. Collaborative environment where everyone grows their careers together.

Cons

High-caliber consulting isn't for everybody. A lot can be learned on the job, but that requires a good attitude and a strong desire to learn.
