Pros

Absolutely None at this company. The most political and awful leadership I’ve ever dealt with.

Cons

I have been doing this for almost 2 decades and I have had quite a few jobs but in all honesty, this one takes the cake on the worst jobs I have ever held. My supervisor was the most unethical, unprofessional, backstabbing, rude and horrible person I’ve ever dealt with and come in contact with in my 4 decades of being alive, and I don’t say this lightly. From slamming papers to talking behind your back and everything in between, is what I dealt with at this Seattle Hi-rise. Their HR to senior leadership is a complete joke. Their 1980 processes is a another issue that I can write a book about. If you are a creative out of the box thinker, this company is not for you. And if you aren’t, have at it!

Great Company, Lacking Mid-level Management

Pros

The benefits are great and compensation seemed to be fair.

Cons

Mid-level management was at times difficult to deal with and was often concerned with how people used their personal time off. Taking time off was frowned upon with snide comments about leaving a department understaffed.

Thank you for stopping by to write a review and adding some of your input to how we can work to change and develop our mid-management team mates. The concerns that you’ve noted in both your cons and advice to management certainly don’t align with Equity’s values, and we would invite you to reach out to your local Human Resources team to further discuss the specific experiences that you’ve outlined. We encourage our employees to have conversations about change, growth and development on all levels - from personal growth to team growth!

Pros

Overworked and underpaid. No support from upper management. No respect, consideration, or appreciation for the employees. You’re expected to always work understaffed, and when you do no appreciation is shown. The upper management is selfish and very “ME” centered. They don’t care about you at all, it’s always about having the weakest people surrounding them so they have more control

Cons

If you want to progress through butt kissing and appearing to produce results but not actually doing anything this is the place for you.
