Rent discount- yet, the corporation may attempt to charge you more than they tell you, particularly as a customer - it’s all about profit despite the values hanging in the wall.

Cons

The corporation says they love equally and to live Equity! This is a farce if you’re an individual you will not be seeing as such. Equity Residential does not want uniqueness individuality and personality. The organization lacks creativity, kindness and overall humanity. I

- toxic - very toxic -poor management. No managerial skills what so ever. Been in two buildings, both exactly the same. - must be a kiss up to be in good standings. - being outspoken an knowledgeable makes you the black sheep. - coworkers, gossip all day. Do anything to get you in trouble if you are not on the same page as them. -majority of coworkers were illiterate, literally. They were still praised for doin nothing - working hard won’t get you noticed, kissing up will. - if you are a porter, you will do every job in the building, an not get no credit, or even a thank you. - expect you to go above and beyond, but is never reciprocated. - will talk promotions to you everyday, but will not move you up, unless you’re kissing major up, or you are family. - ECT, ECT.
