      Great Company That Promotes Growth and Development

      Pros

      Equity promotes from within and has a great culture. There is also a lot of focus on personal/career development. Hands down one of the best companies in terms of offering ready resources that allow employees to venture into other facets of the business aside from working in the field.

      Cons

      A lot of structure and sometimes ultra fixated on performance metrics. Still, this is what makes the organization successful. Just challenging at times to get away from this mindset in order to make decisions.
