We also agree with you that staffing can feel lean at times - particularly in the busy summer season. While in a way, it comes with the territory of being a publicly traded company that must always weigh business needs with a return on investment for shareholders, we also know how important it is for you to have the resources to do your job well, so staffing levels are always top of mind for us and are frequently evaluated and discussed. We have attempted to offset this challenge in recent years by hiring additional floaters in the summer months, but we know it’s still a challenge for both the field and corporate departments.
