Hello, and thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful, detailed feedback. You have highlighted so many things that we are proud of, and also several things that we recognize as ongoing challenges. Our senior leadership teams across all departments and regions spend a great deal of time researching, strategizing, experimenting, and piloting programs and technology with the goal of alleviating many of the pressures you described. While we won’t claim to have found all of the answers just yet, we hope you know that this is an ongoing goal and pursuit of ours. We recognize that our goal of operating the best real estate and delivering exceptional customer service to our residents cannot be achieved if our employees do not feel energized, supported, and empowered — with time to themselves to recharge. We will continue to pilot new technology and training programs, and to evaluate staffing on an ongoing basis. And we hope you will keep speaking up, questioning, and challenging your local leaders. If there is anything you feel you have tried to share that has gone unheard, please reach out; it’s what your Regional Manager, VP, HR and OTD departments are here for. You were absolutely correct in your observation that you are valued as an individual; we would be nothing without you.
