As for your comment on the cost of living in our core markets (yours in particular), we hear you. You may or may not be aware that prior to 2016, our employee apartment discount was a standard 20% in all markets. Recently, we raised the discount from a flat 20% to a range of 20-40%, depending on the cost of living in each market. We are continually evaluating our benefits, including the apartment discount, and our increase from 20% was one of the ways we took feedback from our employees to heart and delivered on our commitment to our employees.
