We are so excited about the many initiatives that we strongly believe will have a positive and beneficial impact on the living and working experiences that we deliver to our residents and employees that we sometimes have the over-achieving habit of running before we walk. We are self-aware about this trait, and are working on ways to pace ourselves, to better communicate expectations and to help our employees prioritize. We also have been reviewing competitive compensation across the board and have created more communication and training for our corporate managers on this topic.
