      Pros

      Equity Residential offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where there are many opportunities to learn and grow. It offers a first-class operating platform and cares about the employees.

      Cons

      This company is not for everyone - it's a very tough business and you must feel comfortable with speaking your mind and asking for what you need. You also must be adaptable and willing to test your limit. Those who love challenging work environments will thrive; those who don't will not be happy here.

      Great benefits, strong culture, diversity counsel, great opportunities for career growth, solid recognition program, clear communication of goals and objectives.

      Cons

      Some cultural inconsistencies between markets, but otherwise no cons!

      Equity offers great Benefits, Pay, training and Career advancement. Equity is an industry leader in property management with amazing assets.

      Cons

      I have been with equity residential for several years and I do not have an cons. Equity makes it known to know their employees and what's best to help their careers.
