Sucks that you cant make more money!!!

The CEO is great. The employees are awesome. Everyone is willing to terach you anything you dont know.

Cons

In order for you to make money, you have to move to other properties that are more stressful than the one you are at. You MUST WORK WEEKENDS!!! Say goodbye to your social life at that point.

Working weekends is part of working in property management, the nature of our business requires that we are open on weekends in order to provide the best availability and service to our current and potential residents. As for the compensation, we are competitive within our industry- a leader, in fact, when it comes to not only the salary we pay, but also the added benefits, including apartment rent discounts and total well-being programs. Pros

I like the culture. Company is focused on making sure the employee is engaged. Also, they have lots of fun events to help lower healthcare costs.

Cons

Could be more staff on the properties to help with maintenance, sometimes properties have trouble keeping up with the cleaning and work orders due to staffing levels.

poor community with the manager, more of manager dont do work and lazy just sit behind the office take credit out of you and make them look good for the ceo.
