      Pros

      Equity Residential is not a company its family, there are many opportunists, career building and self development. Opportunity to meet new friends and expand horizons. Sky is the limit in Equity.

      Cons

      At Equity one of the down sides is work life balance.

      I loved working for Equity and the structured training program for all positions.

      Pros

      All of the training and classes offered to all positions.

      Cons

      Didn't feel hard work went noticed and recognized as much as it should have in the garden properties. It seemed in order to be stressful you needed to be at an up and coming property or one downtown.
