      You can learn a lot. Promoting opportunities, if you survive! Inclusiveness

      Cons

      The workload is unmanageable. expectations are unrealistic Regional and facility managers look down on subordinates. Offer no support. Treat their best employees the worst. You will need to work off the clock to keep up with deadlines. (common practice) HR only cares about not been sued Lots of favoritism

      They over work you, and do not show appreciation. They show favoritism and promote employees that are not qualified.

      We are sorry to hear that you did not feel appreciated. The pandemic was a difficult time, as we were unable to come together in person - teams were definitely not as engaged and it was a tough job to be customer facing. It looks like you have left us now, but we are looking forward to increased recognition and engagement coming out of the pandemic!
