Any time a company experiences a change in leadership, whether that is at a regional or national level, we recognize that shift in culture, communication, and overall management style and can take some getting used to for everyone involved — including those new leaders. We have also observed that new leaders at any level tend to ask a lot of questions and dig into processes in an effort to better understand the decisions that were made in the past and that need to be made going forward, which may sometimes come across as overly involved or bordering on micro-management if not explained thoroughly. As we are not aware of the exact details of what you are observing, or in which market/office, we do not know if that is consistent with what you are seeing — but we would love a chance to discuss this with you.
