The culture of this company is amazing. We hire the right people and our ideas and concerns are really heard by senior management. The company spends time and money on training and helping employees reach their goals. I feel like we always do the "right" thing for employees and residents.

Cons

During peak season time management and work life balance is challenging at times.

I Love working for the company as there are many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Pay scale could be a little better in order to afford life... cannot afford a 1 bedroom apartment at the bottom position.

I have been working for Equity for almost 8 years now and I am very fortunate to have stumbled across this company at a young age. Equity is very transparent and you get treated like a human. Benefits are phenomenal, the people you work with are extraordinary, and pay is competitive. Work/ life balance is taken seriously and you do not feel guilty when taking time off. It would take a lot to convince me to ever leave.

Cons

I wish there were more communities managed by Equity in Orange County.
