      GM manipulates Employee engagement survey by hovering over employee to ensure a good result GM Micromanages to the max job titles are manipulated to pay employees less for more work

      Pros

      40% employee discount on your apartment home. Great culture and always something going on that keeps the job interesting and that allows you to grow professionally as well as personally. There is a professional training program for Veterans. Mark from HR is very helpful to veterans and that is very much appreciated!

      Good, but room for Improvement

      Pros

      The people. Hands down...the best in the industry. Facilities team is fantastic, even though they are way over stretched. Growth opportunities for those that perform and achieve results. Depending on who you work for you can achieve work-life balance. Generally a positive environment that celebrates diversity and acceptance.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to the volume of work. Company runs on lean staffing, and they know it, but they don't compensate their teams for the workload they have to carry. Causing burn out and turnover. Way too many processes to get things approved. CM's have almost no autonomy to make any decisions. The types of things that require VP approval are ridiculous. Therefore the customer service suffers, yet you are held accountable for the metrics and performance with zero influence to affect change.
