The company policies are extremely stringent down to the point they can tell you to change your fabric softener. There is little to no diversity at the company. A call center of 50 CST's 3 were minorities. The companies work enviroment is his stress and you are required to know a great deal. Their training progam is 6 weeks with a ramp up time of 6 months so they tell you. If you do not fit the mold of the their image they make it very diffucult to succeed there, If your a suburban yuppy apply... You will go far,

The downsides are numerous. Working awful hours for minimum pay. We are working late hours on the weeknights and then have to turn around and come in on weekends. The expectations to hit service levels, have great quality, and provide excellent customer service is ridiculous. There was no appreciation from the very top for the work that was done to hit those marks before our system conversion which we did do. We were told about the great incentive plan that was going to be rolled out and be a reward for that hard work. Turns out that the majority of the us got minimal bonuses, another bait and switch by the executive team. We are fighting an uphill battle everyday. We have lost a lot of good employees and leaders that actually knew what they were doing, roughly 45 people since Feb! Now we have to train the new leadership team, our new co-workers and still try and get the work done. When does it end? So many of the us have been physically sick because of the stress. Why should coming to work be like that?
