Cons

Small cubes, located in taylor, groups are in their silos. Hard to progress in the company.

Flexible hours, plenty of free time due to ridiculous change-control process, cool people for the most part.

Cons

Change control, vague and poorly interpreted regulation, top-down project management, terrible inter-team communication, terrible insurance providers, wastes money on applications that never get fully implemented, no technical leadership, vendor lock-in requires maintaining ancient technology.
