I worked at erecruit for 4 years and participated in something that was quite out of the ordinary. I loved all of my talented co-workers + their daily enthusiasm for perfection! erecruit is a mission-driven culture, with great career advancement opportunities, and amazing benefits and perks. (Judd + Danko) Both founders have terrific business instincts and are obsessed with making great software and seriously influencing a market that is starving for technology.

Cons

Some bureaucracy where power shifted to corporate entities and to people who may never have served an erecruit customer or contributed to the product.

Good peers to work with. Good software product. Ability to work from home

Cons

Professional Services is a joke. No support from senior management with regards to Professional Services Over promise and under deliver software implementation to the client. Work extremely long hours with no work life balance and yet we are not recognized for the work. No structure to the software implementation. Constantly put out fires, making the client upset all the time.

What an exciting time to be a part of such a dedicated group of individuals. After two years here at erecruit, the buzz is still as strong as it was on day one! I am surrounded by some of the brightest, hardest working individuals each day. The comradely is unlike any other work environment I have been a part of. It truly inspires you to give it "your all" each and every day. Management takes a great interest in your personal and professional goals and encourages you to keep growing by involving you in any long-term project you'd like to be a part of.

Cons

There aren't any negative things to say about working at erecruit. It really is an exciting and passionate group to be a part of.
