Pros

eRecruit has an amazing culture of flexibility. The focus is on getting your work done well, rather than where/when you do it. Managers are open to employees flexing their hours, and once you're up to speed, it is OK to have a work-from-home day each week.

Cons

The flip side to the flexibility in meeting your workload is having a lot on your plate. Most people are asked to work very hard, and there are long days and some off-hours work. It can be hard to enforce work/life balance, and the challenge is increased because there are a lot of well-intentioned employees (or less well-intentioned clients) that seem to work around the clock, making you feel like you should be doing the same. Deadlines are short -- big projects are needed right away, which can make the work rushed and therefore prone to errors.

Disorganized and chaotic working environment

Pros

Unfortunately, not much good to say about erecruit. Compensation is OK and benefits also, there are a few clever people that you can learn from .... but that's about it.

Cons

In my 15 years of software development career, I've NEVER seen such a chaotic and disorganized development process as I've experienced in erecruit. The whole process, from talking to clients and gathering requirements, to development and testing (what testing!? :) was such an utter mess, that I couldn't believe my eyes. And the codebase ... well, such mix of all kinds of different technologies, and different paradigms applied during development resulted in such a codebase that experienced developers (we are talking about 10+ years of experience) needed two to three months to figure out what is going on there :).
