      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, working conditions, and flexible work arrangements possible. Pleasant Dilbert atmosphere.

      Cons

      Challenging work environment if you are an outlier. Takes forever to get IT support and follow through for new systems. Do not choose Erie Insurance Group if you have little patience for bureaucratic processes.

      Good benefits, pay, but not much more.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment even though they refer to themselves as The ERIE Family. Discrimination and sexism is rampant. There is no opportunity for personal development and advancement even though they promote it. Contractors and temps are given positions and promotions before employees. Performance is not recognized or acknowledged.

      Pros

      Erie Insurance is by far one of the best companies to work for in Erie, PA. It is basically like a family environment with a lot of great people. Management is also understanding.

      Cons

      They hire family members, people with a certain last name, people of more popuarity over the general public with good skillsets and excellent education. VERY discriminatory company and this is a fortune 500 company. You would think they would be a little bit more professional!!
