Pros

Flexibility - The company is more than flexible when it comes to your schedule and finding time for family and working around any issues you may have. Compensation - The company is more than fair when it comes to compensating its employees, they give you a great base pay, commission if you are able to receive a commission in your position, and many bonus opportunities. Position Flexibility- Erie values its employees unlike any company I've ever seen, they don't pigeon hole you, Erie sees you as a valuable asset if you get hired in the company and know if you aren't happy with your current position they have a willingness to let you apply to any position within the company that is open to try and cater to your needs. Stability - The company is very successful financially and they put an emphasis on making sure we stay around for a long time, they are open with their employees on the successes we share financially so everyone can have peace of mind knowing everything that is going on within the company.

Cons

None, I can say that confidently as well, even if you don't agree with something they may do, you sit back and realize the company is always fair in everything they do. This company is phenomenal and I cannot say enough about how proud I am to be an Erie employee!
