Pros

No layoffs in the company’s history. Company vehicle with personal use allowance

Cons

Leadership doesn’t know what they’re doing. Too much of a good ‘ol boys club.

Pros

The benefits and pension are a plus

Cons

Company has changed -now there is poor leadership. Employees are overworked, given impossible demands which are unachievable and then reprimanded for insufficient work. The morale is very low because no one is made to feel valuable. They say the right words but there is no feeling or meaning behind it. It’s not a family culture anymore
