Pros

Great benefits, people, and room for advancement if you are willing to relocate. Work/life balance is a plus. They also offer great products. This is a company you can retire with.

Cons

Lack of adequate training. Leadership/management can be iffy. Management at times likes to worry about their own perception rather then employee concerns.

Pros

Erie is a very good company in many ways, small feel, friendly people, conservative business practices. Job security is excellent. No micro managing from far away corporate execs.

Cons

Erie has limited opportunities for career advancement. Very rarely does anyone advance from their original position. Conservative business practices contribute to low pay.
