      poor supervision and management

      Pros

      they have good employee benefits

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. Supervisors and managers have no skills. Cannot prove age discrimination but firmly believe if you are of a certain age you will not be hired.

      Pros

      Erie Insurance cares about their employees and shows this through many benefits, even for part time employees. Opportunities are endless and they motivate their employees to learn more by offering insurance classes that help you move up.

      Cons

      Not very flexible with work schedule and time off, at least for part time. You pick a schedule when you are hired and it is nearly impossible to ever have it changed.
