      Pros

      Erie is awesome! There is such a friendly atmosphere - everyone will say hello to you and make you feel welcome! They have a great management team, and their enthusiasm trickles down to all managers of the company. There is plenty of opportunity here!

      Cons

      The job bidding process kind of sucks. You have to be in a role for at least one year before you can consider another within the company.

      -Great company to work for, room for growth and development. -Able to speak with higher-ups in the company and learn about their experiences. -Very favorable outlook for the future of the company

      -I am unable to think of cons, I really enjoyed my time at Erie.

      It is a work from home position

      Cons

      Heavy workload with little support from management. Very little face to face interaction. Expectations are not realistic considering the heavy workload of incoming claims.
