      Pros

      Honestly one of the best places I've worked. Everyone is very friendly, the benefits are great, and the pay is good.

      Cons

      The job can be stressful at times, and like any office there can be some drama, but not as bad as other places I've worked.

      Pros

      Best employer in Northwest Pennsylvania. Terrific service-oriented work environment. Executive management is highly engaged in ensuring company success. The company has won many industry awards regarding service. This cannot happen unless the service culture is prevalent throughout the entire organization, regardless of whether you work with external customers.

      Cons

      Amenities are getting better. But would be nice to have things like a fitness center and a day care.

      The company is totally committed to service, to every customer, agent, policyholder, to every employee, and to the community. This dedication carries through every interaction and drives how people are treated.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to get hired at Erie because it is so competitive and is so well known throughout the region.
