      Erie Insurance really values work life balance and generations of family find Erie Insurance a great place to work.

      Cons

      You have to be careful what you say to employees because you never know who they are related too.

      Pros

      Erie Insurance cares about their employees and shows this through many benefits, even for part time employees. Opportunities are endless and they motivate their employees to learn more by offering insurance classes that help you move up.

      Cons

      Not very flexible with work schedule and time off, at least for part time. You pick a schedule when you are hired and it is nearly impossible to ever have it changed.

      Pros

      Erie is awesome! There is such a friendly atmosphere - everyone will say hello to you and make you feel welcome! They have a great management team, and their enthusiasm trickles down to all managers of the company. There is plenty of opportunity here!

      Cons

      The job bidding process kind of sucks. You have to be in a role for at least one year before you can consider another within the company.
