You are pigeon holed into a position unless you are willing to move to Erie, PA. Even still, most of the home office employees are related to each other. Very hard to break through the nepotism. This company is very behind the times in their systems and lack of technology. Tenured employees with a lot of talent were lost due the company’s unwillingness to adapt new platforms that would allow telecommuting.
