Overemphasis on subjective outcomes based on pt experience and lack of functional outcome tracking Lack of mentor, self study, and peer professional growth / education opportunities. Poor/Lack of Communication from Hospital Administration. Disinterested Corporate Oversight. Paper written documentation. Team work needs improvement within and between departments. Bullying should not exist in this type of workplace. Quote from co-worker: "You're leaving? awwww... all the good ones leave"

Overall, wonderful team members to work with.

Cons

Benefit costs were unreasonably high for those on the low end of the salary scale. Corporate management seemed very out of touch with the hospitals.
