Therapy Department is great and most of the people are supportive
Cons
People with phony of no specific background relating to the job are hired as Directors. One person recently promoted to Regional Director said that she had 15 years off specific experience and she is only 34. Do they not audit what people are putting on the websites. Directors should have the credentials to be at a Director level. I am finding out that the majority of Directors don't even have a college degree nor the experience. Ernest Health promotes not on performance or experience or education, i can only assume why they promote the people they do.
