The rehab staff is focused on patient care and outcomes.

Cons

Horrible work culture. Write up capital of the world. As others have said, the managers have no background or experience. The place is like a revolving door for employee turn over because of the poor management. They will suck the life out of you. Very very burdensome paperwork requirements beyond the required. I guess that is because the place is a therapy mill and corporate's only focus is on money more than outcomes.

The company is big on always doing what is best for our patients; the team is supportive and works well together

Cons

Corporate focus seems to be on constantly expanding company and building new hospitals rather than ensuring current employees are not going to leave for better opportunities. There is very little opportunity for salary increase regardless of position.
