Pros

- WFH (well most of the year) - No time sheet or logging of hours - Seniors and management are really approachable - Salaries are at an above-average to high range - No one calls anybody after 6pm. Personal time is respected.

Cons

1) You have to travel to office location 4-6 times a year, at your own expense. Doesn't matter where you're from. Also, you will not be allowed to take holidays during that visit period (compulsory 2 weeks every time). You will not be spared even if it is your cousin's marriage, parent's birthday or whatever important event in your family it may be. 2) Only one washroom for entire office. 3) Insufficient Chairs 4) No Food facility. The office is also at a very expensive area.. 5) Frequent Non-R&D events (some people may love it) 6) Very Very late promotions (some people are SDE1 or QA1 even with 5-6 years of work experience) 7) Play area is closed during lunch hours.Just one TT Table that is placed in the lunch area, difficult for people to go and play. 8) Company doesn't compensate for any travel or stay expenses. 9) Softwares being made are for a niche market. Printing and Packaging industry is on a decline. 10) Company is not working in new age technologies like AI/ML, Computer Vision or Deep Learning. No new tech roles or vision. 11) Laptops get replaces very late (6Years)

Pros

Only Pros is availability of biscuits in cafetaria

Cons

I strongly advise against joining this company's IT division if you value your career and professional growth. The leadership lacks both the vision and the technical knowledge needed to drive the division forward. Instead of fostering innovation and skill development, they are solely focused on cost-cutting measures. The hiring process is rushed, with new employees brought on for short-term needs and then pushed into multiple roles—many of which are entirely unrealistic given their skills and capacity. When these employees inevitably struggle to perform due to the unreasonable expectations, they are discarded without hesitation. Leadership portrays these unethical decisions to senior management as "cost-saving" initiatives, securing promotions for themselves while sacrificing the well-being and careers of their teams. This ruthless approach is devoid of any ethics or human consideration. The lack of integrity and blatant disregard for employee welfare makes this one of the worst companies you could work for. If you value your future, stay far away. Joining this company will only set you back, both personally and professionally.
