Work life balance can be maintained when working from home

Cons

No matter who your manager is, all the decisions are taken by a single person. Not a good place for Tech Writers - no proper team, no lead, communication gaps between managers and tech writers in Germany. They call everyone in office and people don't even have chairs to sit. Also, the food they provide during programs is not of good quality. Also, they said they call quarterly once for two weeks, the frequency this year was more. They don't consider all the factors while deciding the office dates.

Salary is on time and that is the only Pros.

Cons

1. This place is another E&Y. No worklife balance, especially if you are in support. No holidays and will be called even when you are on holidays. 2. 0 empathy place, managers dont care anything except work. 3. this place is only about work and nothing else. No fun, even on days when there is supposed to be some fun you will be asked to work.
