      Company culture not what you read on the website

      Pros

      The software and the gis community are exciting and always changing. There are lots of good hardworking people to work with who are willing to share what they know to help you learn. If you are in software development or software engineering you get treated really good.

      Cons

      The hardworking people are invisible to senior management because middle management gets in the way. Alot of people in middle management are there because they know someone or because they've been there so long, but they don't know what they're doing. They only care about their own agendas. It's hurting the company, the employees, and in the long run it will hurt the customers.

      free lunch not good no time flexibility no work from home time tracking less leaves very small office located in nt good area lot of politics nd conflicts poor management be ready to be judged

      Pros

      Great hardware and lots of GIS training available. Decent office space.

      Cons

      Too much favoritism and overt racism. Not growth opportunities. Managers have archaic methods of management. Salaries are on the low side, compared to other companies. Not a great dev environment, too much emphasis on the wrong things.
