Mid level managers are great. They support their staff, and do a great job at support employee morale and professional development. Organization is doing great work for reproductive health, and they did a great job at making organization relevant in the changing times. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Senior leadership sometimes feels out of touch with staff on the ground.
