They are a very Finacially Stable company. They promote from within as often as possible. They are family owned and tend to be pretty cool in allowing time off for family needs. The work environment is amazing. People are generally very nice and laid back. Everyone Works hard, but has fun at the same time. They have several different divisions, so ings are always growing and expanding. While there is some dull moments, generally speaking there is always something to do. Good benefits. Very little Micro-managing takes place if you are doing your job well.

Cons

Nobody doing to work is breaking the bank. The technology used is functional, but old and out-dated. Brute force over Technology is generally how things get done.

They leave you alone to do your job.

Cons

No hours. Management thinks they are above you. As a driver, we are what makes the business. More understanding and respect for what we deal with daily. Equity with the confidence that you are and your family. You are not safe from being terminated. They have people in safety that have not driven for years. Things have changed! It is disgusting and quite the deterrent for a driver. Good luck on keeping individuals that are competent for the job.
