Good pay but noticeable flaws

Pros

Good pay, benefits, a lot of hours, office environment, bonuses, holiday pay, PTO, 3 personal days, $100 gift card to company store every holiday season, and good HR.

Cons

Long hours, tedious work, bad quality control, owners and higher-ups pocket a lot of the money earned by the customer service reps and truck drivers, rules are only enforced when they want to be (i.e., one person can call out for 3 days in a row and another will be reprimanded immediately), managers always break rules for customers, inefficient routes created by management, not a forward thinking company (i.e., a day's work will be almost always focused on tasks at hand and not improving any daily tasks for future benefit).

Pros

$26.60 an hour .6325 a mile

Cons

They have forgotten that the driver is the company. Pay you good so we can treat you like crap is the consensus. If I can better myself, I'm gone after 28 years. the first ten years was awesome but now I just ain't sure!

Pros

Roof overhead in the rain.

Cons

Tool many to list. I'll try. Ridiculously long hours, unreasonable expectations, toxic work environment fueled by constant negativity and laziness in upper management, total lack of pay scale, this place is built on nepotism so all of the home office upper management people are just there screwing around and ignoring the fact that this company is completely out of control, no interest in improving procedures just standing around pointing fingers at people under them while actually accomplishing nothing. A living nightmare for anyone that's not related to or close friends with someone in the upper tier of management. These people should be ashamed of the way they treat thier employees but I can assure you they are not.
