I noticed that after Roby passed and they bought out GI everything changed. They used to care about their people and listened to them now your just a number .management lies to you with a smile. There isn't any communication between anybody. The terminals all try to screw each other as much as possible. The single axels are always overweight parts take forever to get from Richmond they say drivers rest and health is important yet they make their schedule drivers sleep in bunk house at the terminal which is impossible to get uninterrupted sleep. They have 4 different pay rates for the same work. Moral is horrible because the lazy drivers are treated better than a hard working drivers. And it's getting any better. I got 4 years left i hope I can make it.

Cramped terminal with. Moldy trucks 1990's. A lot of trucks no cold air. Orlando Trucks parked with windows down. Truck fan doesn't work. Sweat Shop Environment. I was sick for a week. Small yard. Trlrs parked in yard rubbing together. Constant trlr damage. New drivers quit in 2 weeks. Management looking to write you up for anything. No communication. HURRY ON BACK FOR LATE ARRIVALS. Last stop terminal with late inbounds. No respect for drivers. Employee parking is not enough room. Health insurance for wife is non existent if your wife works and the employer offers health insurance. DO IT THE ESTES WAY. Fix this insurance problem and pay overtime after 40hrs.
