      Family oriented with the flexibility to work from home. The true work-life-balance! Team works extremely well together. Leader has a strong mission for the company and staff. Leader cares about staff! Leader trusts staff to do their work and has confidence in everyone that we will do well; and because of this, we do our jobs well and with pride! I have been here 11-years and looking forward to the years ahead.

      As a part-time employee I've been very happy with the benefits, pay, flexible hours, and ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      Since I work remotely, am part-time, and only work on one project, I don't have a good sense of the rest of the company and culture outside of my immediate team.
