      Payroll is on time (Myra is excellent & on time ) . Immigration team is excellent . Good Health Insurance & 401K benefits , PTO and holidays.

      Marketing , HR team needs improvements. Compensation is less compared to others in similar business.

      The team has a mix of millennial as well as an overall approach towards every project. The honest opinions from the team helps in doing better work and it strives one to push oneself harder.

      Good places for lunch/coffee near office

      Cons

      Worked at ECI and it was basically a paycheck while I found something else. The business had no clear direction or strategy. Often we were paid late, with no communication why. ECI is not an employer to be proud of, would not recommend friends or family. CEO wears earphones all day, does not wish to be bothered.
