Pros

Estrada is like a big family and everyone is always ready to help and support each other. Estrada sponsored my H1B visa and the company was really clear and honest at every step of the process. The company is always doing the best to find good clients for the employees.

Cons

The only thing it`s bad is the fact we are consultants and sometimes projects are short making us moving from one state to another. But its something bad for any consultant in any consulting company.

Pros

I have been working with ECI since last 8 years , I never had any issues with them . Pays on time . Keep up with all promises - bonus , gifts on special occasion - wedding, kids - birthdays etc. Give importance to employees. Friendly place to work . Pays for all immigration costs - green card, h1b and strong support in tough situation - personally & professional .

Cons

I never had any problem with them.

Pros

Its almost 2 years since I have been working with Estrada and I should admit that its been a wonderful experience through out. They clearly set your expectation and you know before hand what can be expected so that there are no surprises later. Always and employee friendly company and easy to reach out for any of your employment related queries and always very prompt with their responses. Its not very easy when you are on your H1B VISA with all your documentations to be kept updated and Estrada has been very accommodative in providing every documents as and when required. Overall no complains and feeling very fortunate to have been associated with Estrada.

Cons

Keep up the good work and strive for more employee friendly initiatives which would help the company to grow more.
