Pros

Straightforward corporate business hours. Unplanned overtime is the exception, not the rule. "Employee Sale" allows a chance to buy low price furniture leftovers. Decent commute location.

Cons

Learn to operate inside the existing structure. You cant change it, even if it makes sense. The only promotion you will get is when you leave. Not business casual. No real perks, benefits are average or below. No bonuses.

Always a busy place- re-invention is constant - you are rarely doing the same work from one day to the next

Cons

Same as the pros- with the constant re-inventions there is no time to focus on core capabilities to really make for a good operation
