Pros
I made good commission and my co-workers were very nice to work with. It was close to home and I had medical insurance.
Cons
The store was a franchise so the owner was impossible. Tthere wera a lot of favoristsm and managment was very intimidating ....with everything. We had to almost fight for our vacation, the paycheck was always late, they were always spying on us, behind walls, they never believed if we were sick so they called home to check, they always hired women (over for years I worked the only male worker was the handler) and so on...and on...
