Pros

You really don't do much at all, Almost always far away from management. Fridge at office is always stocked for employees to enjoy. Benefits are really good.

Cons

Very slow work environment, not alot to do, slow climb up the ladder, slow pay raises.

You have to ask why has the turn over been so high?? There have been a whole lot of Good people that have come and gone from this company. Everyone walks on eggshells in the office.
