Pay checks don't bounce and you get a monthly lunch.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment. Unethical and backstabbing. Everyone has one foot out the door. If you are promised something get it in writing or will never happen.

*Growing company offers unlimited room for personal and professional growth *A majority of the people working here are great to work with and support each other *There is a bond created when everyone is learning and growing together *Exciting and challenging work environment *Although the organizational structure is divided into multiple teams, there is a common thread of cooperation to support the entire organization as one team *Management has transformed the culture of the company in the last 6 months into a culture of appreciation

There are a few employees that were employed here before the company’s transition into a top quality company are not willing or able to personally step up the quality of their work.
