Great medicine, mediocre company

Pros

Room for growth, the medicine practiced is excellent. Veterinarians are amazing and we are getting new interns/residents yearly.

Cons

Pay is low, morale is barely there, administration is awful. Please put people that are actually qualified, in positions of power. They require the majority of employees to park 10 min down the road and walk to work every day since the parking lot is too small. Aside from all of that, I love my job.

COVID bonuses & PTO, CE allowances, employee discounts, time and a half for holidays, employee assistance program, training associated with new responsibilities, surveys for employees to give feedback

Cons

hard to progress with certain positions, maternity/paternity leave unpaid, no consistent 401K match
