So stressful. Understaffed in all departments. Customer care is looked down upon by other departments because they think we are incompetent and make too many mistakes when we are scrambling to make ends meet because not only do we have to basically keep the place running, but also turnover is so high and we are incredibly understaffed. People called out all the time because they were so stressed. Phone was always ringing off the hook and emergency cases were coming in while we were also trying to check in multiple speciality appointments for over 10 doctors via curbside service. Pure chaos
