Thanks for your candid feedback. It's concerning to see that you feel like you're lost in the crowd. I would really appreciate hearing your suggestions if you'd like to share them with me. Our partnership with Gallup for the annual engagement survey and the more frequent pulse surveys I hope will provide an additional vehicle for your to share your opinions and be heard if you prefer not to reach out.
