Pros

Room for growth, the medicine practiced is excellent. Veterinarians are amazing and we are getting new interns/residents yearly.

Cons

Pay is low, morale is barely there, administration is awful. Please put people that are actually qualified, in positions of power. They require the majority of employees to park 10 min down the road and walk to work every day since the parking lot is too small. Aside from all of that, I love my job.

Thank you for sharing your experience working at Ethos! Quality of care and high expectations we see as positives too. Likewise, completely agree on the need for more staff. We're working hard to fill as many positions as possible with the best talent, as quickly as we can. We hired approximately 825 people last year and I think we'll be higher than that this year! It appears as though you're not working with us any longer but we hope you'll reach out if at some point you consider coming back.
